The Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation expressed his wish to present the congratulatory message sent by the President of the Russian Federation for the successful holding of the election in Myanmar, and expressed his recognition of the successful holding of the election in Myanmar despite the difficulties, and said that Russia will continue to enhance multi-sectoral cooperation between the two countries.

Then, during the election in Myanmar, international election observation teams including Russia came and witnessed the active voting of the people, the conditions under which it was known that the election was held as a free and fair one, the conditions under which the Myanmar government is making efforts to achieve internal peace, the conditions under which Russia will always remember the participation of the Myanmar Army in the military parade commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 held in Russia, and the conditions under which the two countries can cooperate more in security matters, including Cyber ​​security, Information security, Myanmar has set the issue of combating online financial fraud as a national responsibility and the conditions under which the two countries will cooperate in combating it, the economy and trade sector, the electricity generation sector, the space technology development sector, They discussed ways to enhance cooperation in the education sector.

The meeting was attended by the Acting President, the Chairman of the National Security and Peace Commission, the Secretary of the Commission, General Ye Win Oo, Union Ministers and officials, and the Secretary of the Security Council of Russia, the Russian Ambassador to Myanmar, Mr. Iskander Azizov, and officials from the Russian government.
