Goal.com’s 2024-25 Team of the Year has not featured Real Madrid forward Mbappe, Liverpool forward Salah and Bayern Munich forward Harry Kane.

Goal.com has selected the best players in European football during the 2024-25 season based on their performance in each position. Along with Mbappe, who won the European Top Scorer award, Salah, who won the Premier League Top Scorer award, and Harry Kane, who won the Bundesliga Top Scorer award, are not included, but only French league top scorer Dembele is included.

The team includes six players from the Champions League finalist PSG, but not a single player from Inter Milan.

The Goal.com Team of the Year is made up of: Goal – Donnarumma (PSG), Second – Hakimi (PSG), Gabriel (Arsenal), Van Dijk (Liverpool), Mendes (PSG), Midfielders: Joao Neves (PSG), Vitinha (PSG), Padre (Barcelona), Forwards: Yamal (Barcelona), Dembele (PSG), Rafinha (Barcelona).
