In addition, the Prime Minister of the National Assembly said that it is necessary to develop industries based on rubber grown in the region and produce high-quality products. Similarly, the state will provide support for livestock production to ensure sufficient production of local meat and fish. The state will also provide assistance in transportation. We will carry out regional development projects. Similarly, we will continue to provide health care services to rural areas.
Then, U San Paet, Vice Chairman of the National Democratic Alliance (NDAA) (Mingla), presented a discussion on stability and regional development. We are grateful for the opportunity to meet with the Prime Minister, Chairman of the State Administrative Council, and the elders. We are also very grateful for the message of condolences sent by the state and the people when the former chairman of the National Democratic Alliance (NDAA) (Mingla) passed away. We are equally saddened by the recent Mandalay earthquake and the losses suffered by the state and the people. We have joined hands with the businessmen and people in Special Region (4) to provide assistance to the earthquake-affected people.
As the National Democratic Alliance (NDAA) (Mongolia) has been practicing for over 30 years, we are focusing on the three responsibilities set by the state: non-disintegration of the union, non-disintegration of ethnic unity, and sustainability of sovereignty. We also want to help make regional transportation and communication faster and smoother. We want the state to continue to provide assistance in the education and health sectors in our region. We do not accept any armed group or political organization in our region. We will cooperate for regional and national stability and peace. NDAA (Mingalar) Vice Chairman U San Paet also discussed and presented that the Prime Minister, Chairman of the State Planning Council, should provide guidance and instructions on what is needed for our region.
