The Chairman of the State Administrative Council and the Prime Minister, Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, inspected the damage caused by the earthquake in Kyaukse town and the ongoing rehabilitation work.
On the morning of (April 15), the Chairman of the State Administrative Council and the Prime Minister, accompanied by members of the Council, Union Ministers, senior military officers from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of Defense, Mandalay Region Chief Minister U Myo Aung, the Commander of the Central Command and officials, inspected the damage caused by the earthquake in Kyaukse town and the ongoing rehabilitation work.
The Chairman of the State Administrative Council and the Prime Minister and members visited the Kyaukse Town General Hospital and inspected the medical treatment and necessary health care provided to the patients. They gave encouraging words and provided financial assistance and food to the injured.
Then, the Chairman of the State Administrative Council, the Prime Minister and his team visited the University of Technology (Kyaukse) and gave instructions to inspect the areas damaged by the earthquake and to inspect whether the buildings are suitable for continued use. Only after systematic inspection, they should renovate and use the buildings that are guaranteed to be used, and to rebuild the necessary staff housing for the staff.
Then, the Chairman of the State Administrative Council, the Prime Minister and his team visited the University of Technology (Kyaukse) at the temporary briefing room, where Dr. Khin Maung Chin, the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Technology (Kyaukse), gave a briefing on the buildings damaged by the earthquake.
Then, the Chairman of the State Administrative Council, the Prime Minister and his team visited the classrooms, sports hall, student dormitories, and staff housing that were destroyed by the earthquake and, based on the reports of the officials, ordered the immediate removal of the damaged buildings and the immediate redevelopment of the school, and the necessary measures were taken.
Then, the Chairman of the State Planning Council, the Prime Minister and his team inspected the damage caused by the earthquake in Kyaukse Township, Aye Kyi Kyi Ward, and instructed the officials to clear the debris as soon as possible and carry out reconstruction work, and provided necessary assistance.
Then, they arrived at Shwetha Lyaungdaung Mountain and inspected the existence of the Kyaukada Pagoda that was damaged by the earthquake. They visited the Shwe Muthaw Pagoda and paid homage to it, offered flowers, lamps and water, and made donations to the trustee of the pagoda.
Then, after inspecting the existence of the Kyaukada Pagoda and based on the reports of the officials regarding the existence of the Kyaukada Pagoda, the Chairman of the State Planning Council, the Prime Minister, ordered the location of the Kyaukada Pagoda to be photographed in detail with a drone and to obtain information, and to not demolish the mines. In order to ensure the safety of the public below the mountain, RC should be poured from the bottom of the rock box with high-quality concrete and the shops under the rock box should not be damaged.
Then, the Prime Minister, Chairman of the State Planning Council, inspected the archive photos of the rock box pagoda damaged by the earthquake and the damaged Dhammaya of the Shwe Muthaw Pagoda. He instructed the officials to remove the debris and rebuild it as soon as possible. He also inspected the statues that were damaged and repaired by the earthquake.
Then, the Prime Minister, Chairman of the State Planning Council and his members visited Kyaukse Town, They visited the Sinmin Cement Factory and inspected the buildings that were damaged by the earthquake. They instructed the officials to clear the damaged buildings in sections and to make the repairs as soon as possible so that the factory could resume operations as soon as possible.
