Real Madrid midfielder Bellingham has named former France international Zidane as his favourite Real Madrid player to play alongside.

When asked in an interview with FIFA about his dream teammate, Bellingham chose Zidane.

Bellingham said: “It’s easy. Zidane. I just want to give him the ball and watch him. It’s like watching him up close on YouTube. I wouldn’t be able to play with him for a whole season. Because I don’t think I can play every game.”

Bellingham wore Zidane’s number five shirt when he joined Real Madrid.

Bellingham has also said that Zidane is his father’s idol.

“My father always wears Zidane’s shirt at home. “When I was a kid, I always asked him who Zidane was,” Bellingham said.
