The instability and violence that are taking place in our country are more likely to occur in areas with poor education, said the Chairman of the State Executive Council, Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing.

This morning (June 11), he visited Pyin Oo Lwin, No. (3) Basic Education High School, and met with teachers in the school assembly hall to inspect the situation of water security, education sector development, and cleanliness and beauty in the Pyin Oo Lwin region. The Chairman of the National Assembly, Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, made the following remarks.

If we look at the instability and violence that are taking place in our country, we will find that they are more likely to occur in areas with poor education. The Chairman of the National Assembly, the Prime Minister, said that acts of violence are being carried out due to poor literacy and poor thinking, which has affected the socio-economic lives of the region and the local people.

Therefore, teachers, The Prime Minister of the National Assembly of Myanmar said that teachers should not only teach the children they teach academically, but also teach them the knowledge and ideas that will enable them to distinguish between good and bad, and to have good morals and ethics. Only by teaching them to live systematically, to be clean, and to have good manners from an early age can they achieve a happy and prosperous life in the future.

In addition to academic achievement, teachers who are responsible for teaching students must also work to improve their morale and discipline. According to the statistics collected, our country still has a lot to offer in terms of education, and about 50 percent of the population is undereducated. The Prime Minister of the National Assembly of Myanmar said that parents teach children, and teachers also teach them.
