The Acting President expressed his heartfelt joy and pride at the grand opening of the Naypyitaw State Academy with such a grand display of displays and festivities. He expressed his hope that the graduates who will emerge from this graduation ceremony each year will become good people who can be relied upon by the state and contribute to the welfare of the nation and the people. He also expressed his hope that this graduation ceremony will continue to produce educated and talented people who are knowledgeable, skilled, and full of heart who will be able to compete with the world in building a better future society for Myanmar.

Then, the Union Minister of Education presented a commemorative gift to the Acting President and the Chairman of the National Security and Peace Commission, and the Union Minister of Construction handed over the graduation ceremony hall to the Union Minister of Education, who expressed his gratitude.

The Naypyitaw State Academy (Convocation Hall) Multi-purpose Hall was built in accordance with the instructions of the Head of State. It is a three-story reinforced concrete building measuring 302 feet long and 218 feet wide, with a total area of ​​over 167,000 square feet. It was built as a multi-purpose hall with a capacity of 1,204 people to hold not only graduation ceremonies, but also other ceremonies and performances.
