The graduation hall is a place where a student is awarded a diploma, a milestone in the journey of learning, and a place where a university’s reputation, academic reputation, and historical and cultural heritage are commemorated. The design of the graduation hall was selected by the students themselves through a voting system, and the design that received the most votes was built, which is a unique feature of this graduation hall. Through such activities, we hope to promote the participation of young people and train them in good democratic practices. Now, we are proud to be able to confer degrees on (230) graduates for the first time in this graduation hall. The development of a country depends primarily on qualified human resources. We hope to educate and enlighten the youth, The Acting President said that only by training people to have the right beliefs, good morals, and to be able to contribute to the common good can we build a peaceful and prosperous modern nation. Therefore, it is necessary to produce a large number of qualified graduates who are equipped with knowledge, skills, and ethics.

Similarly, education is an important and valuable basic skill for the country as it can enhance a person’s personality, inner spirit, and beliefs. The ability to think critically and solve problems acquired through education will greatly contribute to various sectors of politics, economics, defense, and administration. Universities are a source of high-quality human resources and a place to initiate innovative technology-based research. Universities play a key role in improving the sectors of agriculture, livestock, and manufacturing that the state is pursuing and in improving the socio-economic life of the people. Therefore, since the opening of Naypyitaw State Academy, over the past three years, the academy has been fully equipped with modern teaching aids, international-level laboratories, and reference books to effectively implement a student-centered teaching and learning system. In addition, it has been equipped with classrooms, dormitories, a graduation hall, a library, a recreation center, a sports field, teachers’ dormitories, and staff housing to fulfill the characteristics of a university. Plants have also been planted to make the university campus green, and the acting president said that arrangements will continue to be made to ensure that students can enjoy university life in a peaceful and happy way while learning advanced subjects.
