The Chairman of the National Disaster Management Committee, the Vice Chairman of the State Planning and Administrative Council, the Deputy Prime Minister, the Vice Senior General Soe Win, accompanied by Union Ministers, the Chairman of the Nay Pyi Taw Council, the Commander of the Nay Pyi Taw Military Command and members, inspected the temporary offices of the ministries built in Modular Houses on the afternoon of May 4, the construction and completion of temporary staff housing, and the conditions of staff and staff families living in the temporary staff housing that has been built and occupied.
First, the Vice Chairman of the National Disaster Management Committee and members arrived at the Ministry of Immigration and Population, and Union Minister U Myint Kyaing explained the conditions of the temporary offices and the server rooms that will be used for election-related office work that will be held in the Modular Houses in the said office. The Vice Chairman of the National Disaster Management Committee ordered that servers and computers be placed in the temporary building systematically and special attention be paid to security.
Then, the Vice Chairman and members of the NASC accompanied by the President of the Constitutional Court, U Aung Zaw Thein, inspected the construction of temporary offices and the selection of land to build temporary accommodation for employees and their families, and instructed them to ensure that the temporary offices can be opened before the end of May.
After that, the Vice Chairman and members of the NASC visited the temporary staff housing of the Ministry of Labor, and Union Minister for Labor, U Chit Swe, explained the layout of the temporary housing, the selection of land to build the temporary office building, and the provision of drinking water, electricity, and sewage systems in the temporary staff housing. The Deputy Prime Minister and members inspected the completed housing and gave instructions as needed.
