Tottenham captain Son Heung-min is set to leave the club in the summer transfer window, with a host of Saudi clubs interested in signing him.
According to British newspaper The Telegraph, Tottenham are planning to rebuild their squad after winning the Europa League, with the 32-year-old South Korean captain set to leave the club.
Son Heung-min joined Tottenham from Bayer Leverkusen in the summer of 2015 for a fee of £22m and has gone on to make 454 appearances in all competitions for the club over a decade, scoring 173 goals and providing 101 assists.
Son Heung-min became Spurs captain in 2023, and last season won the Europa League, his first major trophy at the club.
However, due to Tottenham’s future plans, Son Heung-min is likely to leave the club this summer, with Saudi clubs reportedly interested in signing him, according to The Telegraph.
Son Heung-min signed a new contract with Tottenham last season until 2026, meaning Spurs would have a transfer fee if they sold him this summer.
