Premier League clubs are expected to earn €1bn (£830m) from home ticket sales in 2023. The Premier League’s annual ticket sales are up 10% on 2022. The teams with the highest ticket sales are Real Madrid (£153m), PSG (£139m), Arsenal (£127m), Bayern Munich (£109m), Manchester United (£107m), Tottenham (£102m), Barcelona (£96m), Liverpool (£90m), Manchester City (£74m) and Chelsea (£71m).

Arsenal, the Premier League’s top ticket earners, have an average ticket revenue of £5m per match, with a fan base of almost £85. Spurs’ average ticket revenue is £4.9m, with a fan base of £80, while Manchester United’s average ticket revenue is £4.3m. The average fan earns around £60 per match.

Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester United are not the most successful clubs, but they are financially strong from ticket sales. Arsenal and Tottenham are London-based clubs, and their modern stadiums attract not only football fans but also tourists, which means they generate more ticket revenue.
